About Pizza USA Italy
An independent publication that explains pizza in plain words — where its styles come from and what goes into them. No pop-ups, no disguised advertising, no auto-playing video.
What this publication does
The guide on our main page covers the twenty classic pizza types of the United States and Italy, the four building blocks every pie is made of, and the history that carried the dish across the Atlantic. Alongside the guide we offer a free two-page PDF handbook that collects the same information in a printable table. Downloading it requires no registration and no personal information.
How it is written
Every section is drafted from generally accepted culinary references and reviewed by the publisher, Destiny Wilkerson. Ingredient lists describe the typical composition of each style as documented in culinary literature — they are not recipes, and no single pizzeria's method is implied. When descriptions vary between sources, we choose the plainest wording over the boldest claim.
How it stays independent
PizzaUSAItaly.info is maintained at the publisher's own expense and does not accept paid placements, sponsored articles or advertising inserts. It is not affiliated with any pizzeria, chain, brand or restaurant group, and no endorsement is implied by the mention of any ingredient or food product.
